Position : Business Development Manager- Channel Partner
Location : Multiple Locations, Gurugram, Lucknow, Ayodhya and Raebareli
Role & Responsibilities :
- Create hyper-local distribution network in the cluster for lending, payments and insurance sales/leads.
- Identification and onboarding of Channel Partners /Distributors in assigned cluster oversee the activation of Channel Partners /Distributors.
- Positioning Arth as the preferred partner among business prospects and clients, thorough deep understanding of product strategies, priorities, needs and business processes, to present strategic ideas on how Arth's products can impact their business results; in alignment with industry developments, dynamics and digital trends
- Capacity Building and Training on Arth products to Channel Partners.
- Engagement and relationship management of Channel Partners network through visits, meetings, and micro-events.
- Drive sales through the network and Monitoring network performance.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly network creation and sales through the network.
Qualification and Skills required :
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline;
- At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience in fintech distribution network creation or Telecom/FMCG sector
- Good understanding of the risk & compliance areas across a wide variety of credit products and regions;
- Good team management and field operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interested in driving technology-led solutions
- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about development & impact work
