Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying, creating, and developing Distributers and Retailer base through tele-calling.
- Create the network of Distributers and Retailers through data base and other initiatives.
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit and payment services to Distributer and Retailer base.
- Generating payment segment customer leads for credit solutions in the market and successfully completing application formalities.
- Maintain MIS in system and publish to other stakeholders.
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the mind of consumers.
Daily task to include 100 tele calling to ensure :
- Lead sourcing for payment business - AEPS/BBPS/MATM
- Customer Loan Requests and retailer onboarding
- Complete Customer loan Application and onboarding
- Ensure retailer income through transactions.
- Customer engagement
- Cross sell insurance solutions
Skills required :
- Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation will be given preference.
- At least 1-3 years- network creation and sales experience in Fintech/Payments/ financial solutions/distribution/lending etc.
- Candidates with Fintech Payment/Banking & Financial Inclusion network creation and or sales experience are preferred
- Good communications and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English.
- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel.
