Job Title: Investment Banking Executive - Renewable Energy
Years Of Experience: 3 years
Qualification: MBA/ CA/ CFA
Location: Mumbai
Brief About The Role :
A professional who is passionate about renewable energy and handled business development (sell-side) or deal origination with a mid-tier Investment Bank. Takes a keen interest in reaching out to C-level and above executives on a consistent basis and successfully acquired deals and met targets consistently with a can-do attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Formulating strategy and plan of action for achieving targets
- Will be responsible for generating/ farming existing IB leads from renewable asset owners in India
- Strike conversations with renewable asset owners through cold calling
- Gathering relevant details about the performance of the assets from the client to draw a financial model & a valuation report
- Proposing the financial model & valuation with the client and getting the client into an agreement if he agrees
- Complete the legal & documentation formalities
- To adhere to the Standard Operating procedure
- Have strong exposure to research skills along with updates on the latest news, policy changes, and developments in the sector
- MIS and reporting on a weekly basis
