Artha Group - Analyst - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
1. Call Power Generators on daily basis from AER Database/CDM List to source Entities who want to sell their Renewable Energy Assets.
2. Call Power Consumers on a daily basis to obtain Mandates to install EPC Solar Projects on the Roof Top. These include:-
a. Spinning/Ginning Mills (Punjab/Tirupur Belt)
b. Steel Rolling Mills
c. Ceramic/Glass Companies (Morvi/Surat Belt)
3. Call Power Consumers to obtain Partnership Mandates
a. Hotel chains
b. Cold Storage/Freight Companies
c. Retail chains
4. Call EPC Companies to scout for any active projects
5. Analyze Electricity Bills so as to obtain Net Electricity Rate.
6. Analyze EPC Proposals and liaise with EPC so as to obtain optimal Capex cost.
7. Preparing Financial Models, Information Memorandum on Mandated Projects and Proposals (from existing templates)
8. Coordinating and monitoring of account receivables for deals that he/she closes
