Requirements : Hindi as a mother tongue, English fluent/advanced, another language would be a plus.

The company has a branch in India. Full time, remote work.

Preferred experience : 1-3 years as a sales manager in foreign markets - India in any B2B segments, experience in B2B and B2C sales in Fish and Shrimp Feeds segment is highly desired.

We are looking for an employee in an international holding, a global manufacturer in the Pet food segment. More than 21 years represented in international markets. The company has its own patents and innovative product development. Company branches, production, warehouses and representations are located in Switzerland, Bulgaria, UK, India. We are an efficient and actively developing company hitting the new markets, which appreciates, encourages and develops its employees.

Tasks:

- Maintaining leads in CRM: calling clients, sending commercial offers, working with both the cold base of emails and phones, and with warm leads from incoming advertising.

- B2B sales (fish and shrimp farms - online and offline aquarium shops).

- The transaction cycle of the first client is in average 7 - 10 days, the minimum B2B check for the first client starts at 350 euros, the average check for the B2B client might reach 5000 euros based. Statistics of the current sales managers with an accumulated customer base over 6 months > 100,000 euros / monthly sales of 1 employee. The product is highly competitive in price and other indicators.

- An employee's income depends directly on the sales plan - 4% of the generated sales turnover:

- 1 month - 15 000 - 600 euros

- 2 months - 30 000 - 1800 euros

- 3 months - 50 000 - 3000 euros

- 4 months - 75 000 - 4500 euros

- Total for 6 months: Customer base with sales of 100,000 euros, the minimum result is an income of 6,000 euros per month with regular sales based on your own accumulated client base.

- In fact, from the sales history, you can sell for 100,000 euros in 1-2 months, depending on the consumption of the client (large farms consume several dozens tons annually).
