Now hiring as an Art Director for a Leading Global Digital Agency in Mumbai.

Job Duties:

- Develop the visual design, layout, and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media

- Responsible for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects

- Responsible for having their work reviewed and approved by the Group Head Art

- Participate and/or lead client meetings and presentations

- Ability to fluidly switch from client to client as needed

- Follows the high level of creative standards set by Group Head Art with regard to all ongoing creative work in process for clients

- Remain informed of all industry news, creative and general activity

- Consult with the account and strategic planning teams to gather information about a product/service on a strategy to determine the style and visual expression for the advertising

- Responsible for identifying and selecting training/learning opportunities that will continuously improve the level of creative

- Will mentor and train junior team members

- May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- A minimum of diploma (2 years) in advertising, communication design or visual arts.

- A bachelor (4 years) degree is preferred

- 2+ years of design experience in an agency setup

- In absence of an art degree/diploma, at least 4 years of agency experience is required

- Must possess exceptional software skills. Mac knowledge is a plus. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and - Adobe Photoshop is necessary. Candidates having knowledge of other HTML and design/edit programmes like - Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Dreamweaver will be given preference

- Should possess excellent visualization skills
