Roles & Responsibilities :
- Need to be a person with able shoulders and a good head on shoulder.
- Needs to be able to maneuver around the team, along with the team + writing partner on project.
- Should ideally be an ideas person.
- Need to be get along with the team and create work together.
- Should be able to lead smaller projects solely along with the team provided.
- Needs to be a good communicator for better interactions with other departments.
- Should possess qualities to motivate team players
- In absence of superior, should be an able person to face client.
- Need to be well versed with all design software's essential. (Ai, PS, CD)
- Knowledge of any other software's is welcome.
- Should be able to think for Films too.
- Experience required : 9+yrs
- Especially with Art qualifications from an Art college.
- Should have been working in mainline established agencies.
- Should know how creative processes function.
Qualities needed :
Team player with leadership qualities
- Self-motivated and striving for consistent performance from the team
- Inclined to partner with the other departments fluidly while working.
- No Egos welcomed. Should exude a positive vibe.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of the advertising world is key. Study of the work that's happening around.
- Keeping up with the growing standards.
- Should be in-line with the company values.
