ARRIVAE - Product Manager - Curtains Segment (5-8 yrs)
A well established / funded startup in Interior Designing / Modular Furniture company is looking at augmenting product categories and is looking at launching a new category - Curtains. The person will be leading the category and building the product and establishing sales from 1 - 10.
- This is a high growth category, with expectations to multiply month-on-month.
- Responsible for establishing a product category for the company nationally - Custom made Curtains.
- Responsible for establishing website and entire delivery ecosystem on his own and standardising service delivery across.
- Should be adept at understanding financials / unit economics of the entire value chain and improvising every decision to deliver positive unit economics.
- Establish pan-India network of service providers to execute the order flow.
- Curate fabrics from various mills / manufacturers directly and ensure coverage across price points and genres.
- Experience in the manufacturing process / stitching process of curtains preferred.
- Driving business through various sales channels - Online and offline through digital and offline sales teams.
- Onboard Franchise Partners offline to be sales agents of the company.
- Establish benchmarks in the service and product delivery and create best-in-class consumer experience.
