Candidate Profile:

Role: Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Vertical: Marketing

Education: Any graduate or postgraduate but MBA - Marketing( preferred)

Understanding of: Marketing Campaigns, IT Sales process, CRM system, Lead sourcing

Total Experience: 1.5-2 years

Specific Responsibilities :

- The campaign coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing all outbound marketing campaigns for Armentum. This will include managing both sales development for Armentum as well as for Armentum's clients.

- Knowledge of lead sourcing by various means and methods and using tools to get the right contact information is necessary.

- He/She will be responsible for working and coordinating with a team of writers, marketing analysts-, telemarketers, and interns.

- The campaign coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the KPI for the team and the campaigns, drafting an analytics report for every sprint and evaluate the performance with the growth manager and do course correction where required.

- Inter department coordination for emails campaigns and sales is necessary.

- Prior knowledge of working on CRM to be used for end to end Marketing and sales campaigns

- Promptly responding to emails from potential clients, coordinating with sales team to ensure the appointment is set up, and to ensure all sales collaterals are ready before a sales call.

- The campaign coordinator will also be required to draft Business Proposals, Efforts Estimation, and other relevant sales collaterals based on the bandwidth of the sales team.

- Responsible for iterating on different approaches towards outbound marketing by running A/B testing on different outreach methods, and selecting the most optimal process.

Ideal Candidate Description:

- 1.5-2 years of working in Marketing services specifically in IT marketing.

- Excellent Writing and Communication Skills

- Proficient using tools like MS Office & Google Drive

- Must possess knowledge of CRM systems and how they operate

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to learn things quickly

- Industrious, Orderly and Disciplined

- Must be able to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent documentation skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with different teams

- Quick thinker, ability to get things quickly, and to manage time
