We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will be responsible for lead generation, prospect management, customer acquisition and servicing the client.
Position : Business Development Associate (Pune)
- Target identification and lead generation
- Cold walk-ins to meet the Promoters of real estate developing companies
- Meet the Promoters / Senior Management of real estate developing companies
- Pitch / promote Arista Capital Services- offerings
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospective clients
- New client acquisition and business generation
- Evaluate real estate loan proposals
- Work with clients to get the documentation and data required for processing loans
- Work and coordinate with financial institutions throughout the loan appraisal and disbursement process including credit, legal and technical
- Managing new and existing accounts, and addressing their requirements
- Coordinate with financial institutions and clients to ensure compliances are met
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Grasp over English and Marathi
- Exceptional people skills
- Existing network / relationship with Real Estate Developers will be advantage
- Proactive team player who will do what needs be done with minimum supervision
Compensation: Fixed + Variable. No bar for the right candidate.
