- Our Sales Associate will be a providing a one-stop.
- Our Sales Associate will connect with our valuable clients over emails & inbound phone calls and build a trustworthy and empathetic relationship.
- Maximum lead conversions against the monthly/annual target provided by the Sales Head.
- Promote our service to customers and negotiate/close deals to maximize sales.
- Pursue potential leads by identifying conversion possibilities.
- Reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our service through email.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by evaluating customer needs, handling queries, and providing authentic information
- Actively updating the CRM system
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as per business requirement
- To support the Sales function in accomplishing business objectives by achieving monthly/annual targets and establishing the new business for the company growth.
