About the role :

- We are looking for a Sales Executive for the India market, who has the aspirations and appetite in working in a start-up environment, and who has experience in Sales of software products preferably Analytics products or products deploying AI/ ML.

- The nature of our client engagement involves the complete lifecycle from initiating a client relationship through sale and delivery of our solution and platform and attendant services, and building on the initial successes to create a long term relationship covering wider adoption of our platform, solutions and services. Our engagement is typically with CXO level sponsors, operating business management and information technology function.

Desired Candidate :

- The candidate should have strong skills in building an understanding of the client's business and interact with client at CXO level. The candidate should have the presence and inter-personal skills to establish working relationships with client CXO executives. The candidate should have an understanding of delivery phase of analytics / information technology engagement, commercial aspects, and their overall governance for successful delivery.


- The candidate should be in a position to identify additional opportunities that can be created in the client, and have understanding of how to cultivate these eventually leading to wider adoption of Digilytics solutions and platform.

- The candidate will be part of the sales function of Digilytics and will report into the Sales lead.

Responsibilities :

- Successful Sales

- Understand products and services offered by Digilytics and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.

- Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners

- Ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are well managed

- Deliver information on programs, promotions, and products

- Exceeds various business objectives

- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan

- Develop case studies

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Expect moderate travel

Expected and Desired Skills :

- Business Development and Sales of Enterprise Software Products

- Interpersonal skills to establish strong working relationships at CXO level

- Metrics driven

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Entrepreneurial drive willingness to achieve stretch goals

- Understanding of Consumer and / or Mortgage Finance Industry in India

- Strong Work Ethic
 
Experience :

- Overall 4-5 years relevant experience in Sales. Exposure to to Pre-sales

- Analytics / AI&ML / Information Technology domains

- Working with CXO levels

Education Backgroundb:

- A Bachelors degree, or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering and Computer Science

- A Master's degree, or MBA is preferred
