Position Overview :

- As the Business Development Manager for Audio Visual Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and business development efforts of Arihant Infosys. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our customer base across various industries. Your primary objective will be to promote our comprehensive range of AV solutions, build strong partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. Your deep understanding of the audio visual industry and exceptional sales skills will be instrumental in shaping our business development strategy and ensuring our continued success.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the audio visual solutions market, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, architects, consultants, and AV system integrators.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our AV solutions.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing deals, and contract signing.

- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate project scoping, solution design, and successful implementation of AV solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks, generate leads, and represent Arihant Infosys as a leading AV solutions provider.

- Monitor market changes, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and proactively address challenges.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in AV technology or project management are a plus.

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the audio visual industry in India.

- In-depth knowledge of audio visual solutions, including AV equipment, control systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and integrated AV solutions.

- Strong network and connections within the audio visual industry, including architects, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients.

- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within India as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
