Role Overview :

As a Market Research Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of market research projects within the company. You will lead a team of market researchers, develop research strategies, and analyze market data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of market researchers.

- Develop comprehensive research plans and methodologies.

- Stay updated on and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

- Interpret research findings to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.

- Design targeted strategies and customer segmentation frameworks.

- Maintain data integrity and ensure quality of deliverables.

- Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and reports.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Foster clear communication and collaboration within the team.

- Support team members' professional growth through training and mentorship.

- Address day-to-day operational challenges and manage escalations effectively.

Skills and Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

- Proven leadership experience in market research, with at least 7+ years in a managerial role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software and research tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data clearly.

- Strategic mindset focused on driving business growth through actionable insights.

- In-depth knowledge of market research project lifecycle and ability to identify process improvements, especially in Quantitative Research.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Skills in advanced analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM are preferred.

- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a continuous learning mindset.
