Area Supply & Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:-
- Planning and signing long stay residential real estate through local sources (builders, agents, brokers and home owners)
- Working closely with the Area Supply Head and targeting different clusters for short, medium and long term supply
- Coordinating with the Transformation and Operations team to ensure that the property stays active as a profitable business unit
- Managing relations with the property owners - negotiating and re-negotiating as per business requirement
