Position: Area Service Incharge - Sanitary Ware
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
1. Address helpdesk queries & resolve problems to the related issue Throat the network
2. Coordinating with dealers for technical guideline giving to plumbers for installation of bathroom fittings.
3. Undertake troubleshooting of our equipments, and our product related.
4. Handle entire service function while troubleshooting and overall maintenance and installation operation with minimum down time.
5. Experience with Open market customers & Plumbers.
6. Conducting Open market plumber training
7. Conducting Service Person trainings
8. Dealer visits.
