Area Sales Officer - Pharma (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Appointing distributors in the geography.
- Building & leading a sales focused on outlet coverage & regular billing for leading Pharma OTC& FMCG companies.
- Follow beat plans& ensuring adherence of the same in the market.
- Interacting with distributors and ensuring fulfilment against orders generated.
- Meeting retailers regularly and ensuring complete resolution of their queries & concerns.
- Recruit and train the agents, and generate business through them in the assigned territory
- Take a daily update about the status of business
