Area Sales Officer - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Required Candidate profile : Should be from hardcore FMCG background.
(THE TOTAL EXP SHOULD BE WITH FMCG)

Core Responsibilities:
- Should be able to handle/Manage 2-3 Cr monthly Turnovers.
- Able to handle a team of 6-8 Direct and 20-30 Indirect Reporters.
- Perfection in rolling out company objectives.
- Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Review & identify the business gaps and to develop the sales.
- Time to Time reconciliation of sales.
- Monitor & review the distribution / channel marketing system.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams by giving required training.
Education :
- Preferably MBA in Marketing or Graduate with proven Track record.
- Should have proficiency in MS-Office.
