- Create and carry out strategic business plans to increase the company's clientele and ensure its strong presence.
- Special recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance-tracking procedures for sales representatives.
- Producing monthly and weekly reports.
- Sales presentations for a large number of potential clients.
- Work together to streamline sales activities with other team members and departments.
