Area Sales Officer - BFS (3-7 yrs)
- We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Officer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Requirements :
- Age 21-38 years
- CTC : 2.75 To 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
