Area Sales Officer - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- As an Area Sales officer, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals outside of the office.
Job Role :
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
Requirements and skills :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Age Min 21 Years - Max 40 Years
- Good Communication
- Excellent selling, and negotiation skills
