Area Sales Officer - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- As an Area Sales Officer, you'll spearhead customer engagement within a defined territory, driving sales through proactive prospecting, effective presentations, and relationship-building.
Job Role :
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Age Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 40 Years
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
