Area Sales Officer - Agency Channel - BFS (2-4 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of Area Sales Manager- Agency channel. Interested Candidates may send in Their update resume for the Rounds of discussion
Roles and responsibility :
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales manager
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Candidate Profile :
- Age 24-40 years
- CTC : 3.50 To 5.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
