Area Sales Manager - Wellness Products (4-12 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Candidate should be having good experience in handling Projects Sales & Channel Sales (60:40) ratio
- To promote entire range of Wellness in assigned territory
- To keep updated database of builders/dealers/architects
- To develop strong relation with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
- To do field accompaniment call for 2 days/month and make MOM
- Resolve issue found during field accompaniment calls with 3 days of vist and inform HOD
- To review periodic pricing
- Submit Branch wise sales performance, sales forcasting, dealer wise sales performance, customer complaints and dealer complaints MIS to HOD - wellness
- To brief dealers and their sales staff complete product details of each vertical
- To give sales training to the dealers sales staff educating them on selling arguments for each product vertical
- To ensure Maximum display at dealers showrooms in the given space through JDS
- To make detailed presentation to Senior Architect / Designer
- To visit builders/dealers/architects along with Sales Employees as an expert to aid in closure of sales call
- To ensure that the DCR is updated daily
- Submit weekly action plan in advance and update on work in progress report on weekly basis covering key contents of discussions with customers met and way forward action plan.
