Job Responsibilities
- Aggressively builds bulk business and pursues new business.
- Achieves or exceeds sales goals.
- Develops and manages customer base with professional fact-based communications.
- Manages accounts and orders on a day-to-day basis.
- Works with customers to meet their needs to the best of the company's ability and provide outstanding customer service.
Other Duties :
- Prepares and processes customer orders, invoices, credit memos, certificates and import documents.
- Provides documents as requested by customers. Works with the VP of Quality to facilitate the document preparation.
- Processes customer complaints to deliver resolution in a timely fashion. Distributes customer surveys. Analyzes the survey results.
- Coordinates arrangements and attends bulk tradeshows as required.
- Reads and distributes or responds to email.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
