Desired Candidate profile
1. Channel sales experience in to water purifier with at least 5-6 years of experience
2. Channel sales experience- dealers & distributor network
3. Preferred target industry experience -6 years
4. Preferred product experience - 4 years
5. Preferred target companies - Aquaguard, Livpure, Kent, Havells, HIndware, Kutchina
6. Must have team handling experience
7. Given territory geographical experience- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing new territories & appointing new dealers, distributors, after assessing their financial soundness & locality networking.
2. Recruiting field sales team for tertiary sales
3. Managing introduction of new products through channel partners with adequate advertising support from corporate office.
4. Sustaining existing distribution network with effective backend support of supply chain for with sale stock, sales promotion material.
5. Sharing market intelligence with his vertical head to modify sales strategy deployed.
6. Making conscious effort to improve product visibility availability and ensuring that dealers/retailers are having proper glow sign boards, standees & price list.
7. Formulating strategies for channel sales in consultation with his HOD, discussing these with channel sales partners & facilitating in deploying these in the assigned territory to ensure sustainable sales growth in assigned territory.
