Area Sales Manager - Waste Water Treatment Business (5-10 yrs)

Client., is a pioneer in water chemicals & WWT plants since 15 years in Hyderabad. As a part of expansion, we are hiring for Area Sales Manager position to develop business for water treatment chemicals for Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, ETP, STP and water treatment plants like RO, Softener and DM Plant along with developing business for spares, consumables, AMC & OTS for all types of water treatment plants.

Job description :

- The candidate will be responsible for tracking, recording, and monitoring entire sales team

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base / order closings

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Responsible to achieve the targets and goals set for individual and the entire team

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Meeting regularly business consultants and convert in to sales

- Compiling and analyzing sales revenue.

- Studying competitors' products, services, Sales strategy

- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

- Training team members periodically in the areas where they require guidance.

- Liaising with internal departments such as sales and stores to meet the deliveries by targeted period to customer by providing satisfactory services.

- Monitoring entire teams performance and motivating the team to reach targets

- You need to attend related business exhibitions and expos within Hyderabad and Pan India whenever required

- Coordinate with payment collection executive about the outstanding / bad debts.

- And any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority as per exigencies of work

Required Candidate profile :

- A Master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or related fields may be preferred

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience sales & marketing in water & waste water treatment industry required.

- Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods

- Knowledge of or experience with product sales methods

- Experience to handle Dealer/Distributor segment & handle business consultant

- Strong verbal & written communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization

- Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings /exhibitions/ expos and assist with general management duties
