1. Scheduling and meeting customers.
2. Training team members and boosting their morale to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
3. Developing team to take up sales in new regions and coordinating with sales team to maximize sales.
4. Understanding customer needs and helping them make purchase decisions.
5. Coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation.
6. Understanding new projects and looking for ways to improve business opportunities.
7. Closing sales target on time.
8. Maintaining customer relationships and offering the best customer services.
9. Executing and supporting the companys customer service standards.
10. Promoting the organization and product.
Required Candidate profile :
- 2 Years Any Sales Experience.
- Strong Market Network.
Minimum Qualification : Graduation.
- Local Resident For At least 3 Years.
