Job Description :

- Responsible for achieving budgeted revenue in the assigned state/territory

- Responsible for managing a team of SO/TSI/TSR of a state/ states

- Responsible for achieving sales targets both primary & secondary in a given state

- Responsible for increasing distribution in the state by outlet expansion and geographical expansion

- Responsible to Implement sales promotion activities in the state

- Enlistment of company's products in all outlets

- Identify new areas of development in the given state

- Responsible for increasing the market share

- Work with team in the field and to give on the job training for the team members and also to improve distributor's performance

- Responsible for team's performance

- Resolving consumer complaints if any
