About the Company :

- Our client is a leading medical devices firm specializing in the production of surgical products for healthcare institutions and clinics. With a focus on quality and innovation, the company has established a strong reputation in the market and is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Area Sales Manager in Kolkata and Mumbai.

About the Role :

- The position will focus within a defined medium to large size territory/ region with new and existing business accounts while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with hospital KOL's to facilitate future and current sales growth. Ensure the execution and implementation of the corporate strategy to achieve the growth expectation of the responsible product category within the region.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sales growth facilitation by conducting daily calls on physicians, hospitals, clinics and other organizations that require medical device products as well as scientific instruments that focus on patient care and/or diagnosis.

- Direct the day to day management of product aspects, marketing programs and Marketing/sales support in the coverage area.

- Update day to day activities in the online reporting system.

- Provide input to the Regional Sales Manager/National Sales Manager for product development and pipeline.

- Responsible for the sale of the company's products within an assigned territory or geographic region.

- Identify KOL's in the respective coverage area and notify RSM/ZSM

- Distributor management collection of S&S statement, Discussion on coverage and penetration, stock position and timely supplies to accounts

- Provides technical expertise to clients regarding company's products. May gather data on marketing trends and competitive products and pricing.
