Area Sales Manager/State Head (Kitchen Appliances)
- Plan, manage and execute the expansion and penetration in General/Independent Retail format for the designed territory. Lead efficient and effective business by achieving defined sales targeted levels of revenues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Responsible for dealer and distribution network
- Planning geographical expansion into new territories, setting up infrastructure and distribution systems
- Creating brand awareness for the product by planning and executing the promotional activities
- Area-wise Sales forecasting, monitoring and delivering
- Establish productive, professional relationships with distributors/dealers to expand revenue streams
- Coordinate with all the support functions like product, operations and marketing to achieve the desired results and targets
Qualification And Experience :
i. Minimum 3+ Years- Experience for Area Sales Executive & 7+ Years- Experience for Area Sales Manager
with Exposure to setting up General distribution network in Home/ Kitchen Appliances.
ii. Go-getters with high drive and ownership
iii. Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment.
iv. Handled a target driven sales force / Leadership capabilities
v. Excellent communication skills
vi. Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment
vii. Willingness to travel and team player
