Job Description for State Head
Plan, manage and execute the expansion and penetration in General/Independent Retail format for the designed territory. Lead efficient and effective business by achieving defined sales targeted levels of revenues.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Responsible for dealer and distribution network
- Planning geographical expansion into new territories, setting up infrastructure and distribution systems
- Creating brand awareness for the product by planning and executing the promotional activities
- Area-wise Sales forecasting, monitoring and delivering
- Establish productive, professional relationships with distributors/dealers to expand revenue streams
- Coordinate with all the support functions like product, operations and marketing to achieve the desired results and targets
- Go-getters with high drive and ownership
- Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment.
- Handled a target driven sales force / Leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment
- Exposure to setting up General distribution network in past companies
- Willingness to travel and team player
- Preference will be given who have handled sales of premium products.
