Area Sales Manager/State Head (Home/ Kitchen Appliances)
- Plan, manage and execute the expansion and penetration in General/Independent Retail format for the designed territory. Lead efficient and effective business by achieving defined sales targeted levels of revenues.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Responsible for dealer and distribution network.
- Planning geographical expansion into new territories, setting up infrastructure and distribution systems.
- Creating brand awareness for the product by planning and executing the promotional activities.
Area-wise Sales forecasting, monitoring and delivering.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with distributors/dealers to expand revenue streams.
- Coordinate with all the support functions like product, operations and marketing to achieve the desired results and targets.
Qualification And Experience :
1. Graduate/MBA with 6-10 Years of experience in Home/Kitchen Appliances Industry.
2. Exposure to setting up General distribution network in past companies.
3. Go-getters with high drive and ownership.
4. Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment.
5. Handled a target driven sales force / Leadership capabilities.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment.
