Job Description :
Managing a team of SM/ USM covering all SME products sales in a defined geographical area.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the tied up agents and channel partners.Responsible for managing the SME team in the region and generating business through them.
Maintaining the business Provide insurance distribution related training (products and processes) to the team Liaison with the Operations team in rolling out day-to-day processes Feedback to Risk, Product Mgr, Sales team on product customization, ratings etc Handle Customer service related issues related to insurance at the banks end
Location : Ahmadabad, Surat, Rajkot
Experience : 4 to 8 years
Salary range : 7.5 lacs + Annual Bonuses
