Area Sales Manager - Salon Services Business (7-15 yrs)
Job description :
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Monitor the program on 200+ accounts across all domestic sales(salon) channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Should be have around 120 salon and cosmetics
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years solutions selling of experience in Cosmetic products Sales, salon from salon background
- Background from salon division
- Handling team DSR and SO
- Senior level connections in Personal Care and skin care products, Cosmetic products market in salon
