Position : ASM Group Insurance Sales

Location : Kolkata.

Job Role :

- To provide employee benefits solutions pertaining to liability and risk management solutions to existing corporate customers as well as acquiring clients for the organization.

- To help with tax consultation through key man insurance policies to firms by providing appropriate coverage to decision makers.

- To provide employee benefits solutions through Group Mediclaim Policies to corporate customers by understanding their needs.

- Managing health insurance portfolio of individuals by means of regular overview of their insurance policies and advising regarding Top Up &Critical Illness schemes.

- Managing investment portfolio of Gratuity, Superannuation and Leave Encashment funds for various corporates along with providing consultation regarding various employee benefits scheme like Group Term Life.

- Assisting in legal and operational aspects like, setting up of trust and approval from concerned authorities.

- Cross selling Worksite programme through existing relationships along with Direct Channel.

Minimum Qualification :

Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred.
