JOB OBJECTIVE

Assignments in Business Development, Dealers Management, Sales Promotions, Client Relationship Management, Retail Operations & Strategic Planning in sales & marketing. Intend to build a career with leading corporate of hi-tech environment with committed & dedicated people.

Sales & Marketing :

Forecasting and planning monthly & annual sales targets and executing them in a given period. Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.

Business Development:

Implementing sales programs/strategies to improve the product awareness and experience in markets by brand building and market development efforts. Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and escalate business volumes. Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets; conceptualizing and implementing innovative plans for accomplishment of targets for the assigned territories.

Team Management

Training, developing & mentoring cross-functional/front line teams by setting higher expectations and initiating individual member accountability. Evaluating performance of large sales & marketing teams against the set targets, doing need based promotion planning and providing valuable feedback for improvement. Ensuring critical connect and coordination with internal.

Brand Management:

Framing strategies in coordination with Category Head & Marketing Manager for establishing greater awareness about category & products; building brand focus/marketing models in conjunction with operational requirements. Taking responsibility for helping deliver the marketing performance of the portfolio through successful coordination with trade marketing and sales system and formulating plans (both strategic/ tactical) for the brands

Knowledge Management

- Responsible for dealer induction and on boarding.

- Training channel, Partner work force on products, processes, system & policies.

- Team training and awareness management.

Material Management

- Collection of order, delivery and replacement cycle.

- Ensuring secondary billing as per placement norms.

- Action on non-adherence if reported by retail executive.

- Ensure liquidation of old inventory.

- Responsible for channel issues like damaged stock, delayed delivery, claim settlement etc

Client Relationship Management

- Managing customer operations & ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining cordial relations with the customers to sustain the profitability of the business.

- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major dealers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

Business Planning & Marketing

- Identifying the key towns for new business development, achievement of sales, with profit margins for company as well as dealers.

- Formulation & implementation of sales promotion plans and new concepts to generate increased sales for achievement of revenue targets.

- Plan the medium for sales promotion through events, merchandising displays of outlet for maintenance of a high-end store Image.

- Conducting market study to analyze the latest market trends & track competitor's activities and create promotional strategies.
