- Our client is a leading Manpower Outsourcing and Temporary Staffing organization, which is engaged in managing large workforces for companies across India. They have developed their customer base across different Industry verticals, domain and structures. They specialize in management of workforce spread across multiple locations, retail counters, field sales, factory premise, manufacturing setup, large warehouses, supply chain and logistics.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.

- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.

- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.

- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

- Managing a team of 11-50 people.

- Following up with team for conversion of list prospects in their respective funnel list.

- Generating leads for prospective business.

- Mapping of the area, list of all major business segment with contact person phone and mail id.

- Coordination for meeting, negotiation, collection etc.

- SV, Invoicing, payment collections

- Contributing towards the organization's CSR activities

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 5 years experience within a Sales Operations/Support role, ideally within the Chemicals industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
