Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Build healthy relationships with the key persons in the condominiums/high-rise projects.

2. Figure out new ways of building a prospect pipeline

3. Be responsible for achieving sales targets

4. Close new business consistently

5. Be proactive about problem solving

6. The ideal candidate for this profile will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and achieving targets

7. Deliver high-quality strategic and tactical analysis for the team, to understand, forecast and influence sales.

8. Maintaining business relationship with Real Estate agents, House Owners, Interior Designers, and Architects etc.

9. Aid the Research team on identifying and building data analysis for our objective key outcomes as well as actively monitors current trends and competitive landscape of the interiors sector.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Experience - 1+ years in business development and sales, preferably in B2C environment

3. Ability to work autonomously, proactively and result driven

4. Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills

7. Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels

8. Native language level fluency in Hindi, business level English

9. Ability to travel within Noida and Greater Noida areas.

10. Must have a vehicle
