Area Sales Manager - Projects - Bathroom Fittings & Accessories (3-10 yrs)

Position Title: ASM - Projects
Location: Bangalore
Ctc to be offered : 6 lac - 9lac pa approx ; depending upon current pay package and experience .
Purpose :
Handling the Sanitaryware, Faucets and Wellness vertical for entire Bangalore through PROJECT SALES.
- Implementing plans to drive sales, supplementing turnover and achieving desired targets.
- Handling corporate sales, managing key accounts, generating revenue, expansion of client base.
- Conducting market pull activities participating in exhibitions, mason meet, architect meet and builders meet.
- Identifying distributors, dealers appointing and developing them to enhance rural business and channel of distribution.
- Meeting Architects, Engineers and Builders to enhance business relation with them
- Streamlining the collections process & outstanding payments from clients
