Area Sales Manager - POS Machines (2-4 yrs)
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales of pos machines for retail stores.
1. Self-Motivated to achieve the target in the Industry
2. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
3. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
4. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
5. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
6. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
7. Develop and leverage executive partner - Distributor Management.
8. Generate enthusiasm/drive amongst Distributor partner sales to sell the product
9. Active participation and contributing to the sales process with partners
Area Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Management, MBA or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skill
