Job Brief :

- Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a specific geographic area. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the attainment of revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the assigned geographic area.


- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team.

- Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Stay informed about products and industry regulations.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

- Collaborate with other departments for customer support.

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

- Manage the area's sales budget and expenses.

- Address customer complaints and challenges promptly.

- Set clear sales targets and objectives.

- Travel as necessary for customer meetings and conferences.

- Evaluate sales team performance and provide feedback.

- Explore opportunities for market expansion and growth.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- The English language preferred

Experience :

- Proven experience in sales management roles, preferably in Sales from Pharma and medical surgical background

Skills :

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

2. Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills
