Area Sales Manager - Pharma (5-8 yrs)
Title : AM Sales (LCMS)
Reporting to : Marketing Development Manager
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Direct Sales: Responsible for selling of complete Solutions for LCMSMS WORKFLOW, systems and services to end-user customers in assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts.
- Responsible for developing customers satisfaction. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company across the Business Transactions.
- Proactively acts to understand customer APPLICATION needs and identify Complete workflow based solutions to standard & Non Standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
- Determines and develops Strategical approaches to direct or channel sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
- Collaborative work Approach with support Functions to achieve the Goals
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
- Strong Skills in Problem Solving ability for varying scope and complexity
External Qualifications :
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years.
