Area Sales Manager - Pharma (4-6 yrs)
1. Will be responsible for Handling a team of 4 to 5 people
2. Open to Tour 12 to 15 days a month
3. Open to Cover Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) & Goa
4. Strong written and oral communication
5. Good dealer Handling skills
6. Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
7. Reaching the targets and goals set for his area/ for his team
8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
9. Servicing the needs of existing customers
10. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
11. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
12. Allocating areas to sales representatives
13. Developing sales strategies and setting targets
14. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
15. Compiling and analysing sales figures
16. Experience of dealing with some major customer accounts
17. Collecting customer feedback and market research
18. Reporting to senior managers
19. Keeping up to date with products and competitor
