Role : Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Distributors Onboarding
- Building Relationship Distributors
- Expertise in Primary Billing
- Should have and experience of handling at least 20 distributors
- Guide TSMs or SOs for secondary, Camps, etc.
- Achievement of Sales & Profitability targets
- People Development & Team Building
- Worked hands on with building and managing team at regional
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years Sales Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- SO responsibilities + should be good at communicating with Stockists across the state
- Identify new stockists, institutions, chain pharmacies, manage team of SOs (for secondary)
- Extensive experience with Generics and good know how about the trade
