Job Profile :

- Achieving sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;

- Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures initiating corrective actions to improve sales productivity;

- Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing existing marketing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

- Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing new strategies, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans etc.

- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating with new product development vendors.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Financial Planning and strategy, marketing concepts, brand positioning, people management, territory sales management, sales planning, competitive analysis, understanding the customer, product development, client relationships, creative services, new product launch etc.

- Sales enablement communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products

- Product launch plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as product quality, design
