- Quick conversion of product range should be his prime and strong point.

- The company shall acknowledge the competence in terms of sales generation and provide lucrative incentives to achievers.

- The candidate must have a stronghold on given headquarters and adjoining markets.

- Acceptance at the Doctor\'s levels is a must-strong drive to achieve and lead a team of RBM\'S,ABM\'S and FSO and have the big face value at the doctor\'s chamber.

- The salary is not an issue for suitable candidates and will be offered at par with the best package in the industry.

- Manage the sale of assigned territory and achieve monthly & yearly target.

- Join work with MRs to train & guide them on doctor conversion, communication with customers, strategy execution, chemist survey, stockiest handle, objection handle, brands promotion etc.

- Selection of good candidate (Interview of MR).

- Handling of KOL, KBL Chemist & high value gift inputs.
