Work Experience: 2- 4 years in companies like Dabur,Aimil,Himalaya as ASM
Annual CTC: 3 to 3.5 Lacs (plus DA TA Quarterly incentives)
Job Description :
- Responsible for leading a team of M.Rs to achieve Sales targets.
- To handle Sales Promotion activities.
- Sales Planning & analysis.
- Relationship Management & Team Building.
- Candidate should be able to achieve the targets.
- Maximum output / productivity from the team members.
- Excellent managerial skills to guide/ motivate the sales team to be effective & productive
- Good Communication skills & competitors' products knowledge.
Qualification: B. Pharma, B.sc background preferably.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be young & energetic. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Pharma industry, out of which 1- 2 years of experience as ASM is must. Communication skills should be excellent. Generating business.
