Area Sales Manager - Personal Loan (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels and take ownership and deliver results.
- Responsible for onboarding of new DSA/Corporate DSA.
- Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
- To create a ground network of DSA's and Connectors that will bring in PL business to the company.
- To maintain constant engagement and relationship with all partners to ensure longevity of business.
- To liaise internally with credit and operations teams for ensuring disbursals of files logged in with the company.
- To execute dynamic contests and competitions with all partners to maintain the relationship.
- Will be reporting to the RSM on a daily basis.
- Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
- Performance based incentives included.
- This is an on-field job and not work from home
