Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To appoint and engage with retailers for start and establishing of refinish operations
2. To appoint and engage with key accounts Premium 2K and CV segment
3. Set up the technical support team to ensure the right technical services to the customers
4. Demand planning and forecasting liaise with NPI SC team to ensure right stock and inventory levels for market servicing
5. Design and implement the strategy for exponential growth large key account wins/product segments etc
